I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location was quite good, being a short stroll from the beach, the room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. However, the dining options seemed overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it was decent, but there were definitely areas needing improvement.
Rooms
5.0
The room was a bit of a letdown; it felt dusty and unclean, almost like it hadn’t been updated in years. The terrible drain smell didn’t help either, making it uncomfortable to stay in.
Service
7.0
The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They were helpful, but it felt like the air conditioning issues wouldn’t lead to much resolution.
Location
8.0
The location was reasonably good and walkable from the beach. It was a bit away from the crowded central area of Venice, which I appreciated.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were not worth the money; I found them disappointing and lacking variety. Even though some smells were enticing, I didn't end up trying the additional dining fee.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities seemed basic and not very modern, which contributed to the less-than-ideal experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is lovely, away from the bustling shops, but it’s still easy to get to the main attractions of Venice. The rooms were nice, but they were a bit shabby and smaller than expected, and I really struggled with my heavy suitcases due to the lack of a lift. The service was hit or miss; some staff members were friendly, while others seemed indifferent. Overall, it’s decent value for money, but improvements are needed in a few areas.

The hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowded tourist spots, situated near the beach and with lovely lagoon views. The rooms, while comfortable, did need some minor refurbishment and had limited electrical outlets. The service was inconsistent, with some friendly staff and one rather annoyed employee. Dining options fell short, as the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, it’s a decent value for the location, but some areas could use improvement.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were generally comfortable but could use a bit of refurbishment. I found the air conditioning to be effective, and the room stayed cool with the shades drawn. However, there was only one outlet suitable for charging devices, which was inconveniently located.
Service
5.0
The service varied quite a bit; some staff were friendly and helpful, but I had one experience with a rather annoyed man at the door. This inconsistency was a bit disappointing, as I expected more uniformity in service quality.
Location
8.0
The location is great for those looking to escape the tourist hustle. It's quiet, allowing for a breath of fresh air after busy days in Venice, and very close to the beach. However, it is somewhat off-center which means you'll rely on buses to get around.
Dining

The dining experience left something to be desired. Breakfast was quite limited to just sweet pastries and coffee, which was not very satisfying. I found much better food options at nearby grocers instead.
Facilities

Facilities were adequate, but nothing stood out as exceptional. It would have been nice to have more amenities or activities to enjoy during my stay.

While my room was serviceable and clean, it wasn't very well furnished and being near the entrance made it a bit noisy. The service varied quite a bit, with some staff being super friendly but others seemed a bit indifferent. Overall, it was a decent stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

However, the rooms need significant renovation to be considered comfortable and pleasant. The staff was friendly, but there were some service hiccups. Overall, it offers good value for money given its location, but improvements are definitely needed in the room condition.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, very quiet yet close to shops and ferry access, which I really appreciated. The rooms were ample in size but unfortunately not very clean, and I felt a bit let down by the lack of Wi-Fi and poor air conditioning. The staff was friendly, especially when they waited for us late at night, but the overall service could have been more attentive. It's a decent choice if you're looking for a peaceful spot, but don’t expect everything to be perfect.
